Dublin Centre

This mixed-use project covers 54 acres and is set to deliver 500 residential units alongside approximately 38,000 square feet of retail and commercial space. Additionally, the development will feature a public park and a community center. Dublin Centre is divided into three planning areas (PA-2, PA-3, and PA-4), spanning key sections north of Dublin Boulevard, Central Parkway, and Gleason Road, ensuring a well-integrated urban community.
Amador Station

Location: 6501 Golden Gate Drive
Amador Station is a vital affordable housing initiative, consisting of 300 units designated for lower-income households. The development will be built in two phases—136 units in the first phase and 164 units in the second.

Dublin Commons

Dublin Commons represents a transformative redevelopment of the Dublin Place Shopping Center. This ambitious mixed-use project includes up to 275,000 square feet of retail space, 535,000 square feet dedicated to research and development (Life Sciences), and 1,510 multifamily residential units. A newly planned Town Square and park will further enhance the area, providing much-needed green and recreational space for residents and visitors alike.
Regional Street Senior Affordable Housing

Eden Housing is spearheading this project to provide 113 affordable housing units for low- and very low-income seniors. Situated within walking distance of the West Dublin/Pleasanton BART Station, this 1.32-acre development will offer convenient access to public transportation.
