Dublin, California, is experiencing significant growth with several major residential and mixed-use developments underway. These projects aim to provide housing, retail, and community spaces to support the city’s expanding population. Here’s a look at some of the key developments shaping Dublin’s future.

Francis Ranch (East Ranch)

Location: 4038 Croak Road
Trumark Homes, LLC, is developing a 165.5-acre site into a vibrant residential community with 573 homes spread across six distinct neighborhoods. The project includes over 11.5 acres of neighborhood parks and a two-acre semi-public site, with its final use yet to be determined. Architectural styles will range from Traditional Farmhouse and Modern Farmhouse to California Revival and Contemporary, creating a diverse and visually appealing neighborhood.

Dublin Centre

Location: Tassajara Road
This mixed-use project covers 54 acres and is set to deliver 500 residential units alongside approximately 38,000 square feet of retail and commercial space. Additionally, the development will feature a public park and a community center. Dublin Centre is divided into three planning areas (PA-2, PA-3, and PA-4), spanning key sections north of Dublin Boulevard, Central Parkway, and Gleason Road, ensuring a well-integrated urban community.

Amador Station

Location: 6501 Golden Gate Drive
Amador Station is a vital affordable housing initiative, consisting of 300 units designated for lower-income households. The development will be built in two phases—136 units in the first phase and 164 units in the second.

It will also include ground-floor retail, community amenity spaces, and dedicated parking, making it a well-rounded housing option for residents in need of affordable living.

Dublin Commons

Location: 7575 Dublin Boulevard
Dublin Commons represents a transformative redevelopment of the Dublin Place Shopping Center. This ambitious mixed-use project includes up to 275,000 square feet of retail space, 535,000 square feet dedicated to research and development (Life Sciences), and 1,510 multifamily residential units. A newly planned Town Square and park will further enhance the area, providing much-needed green and recreational space for residents and visitors alike.

Regional Street Senior Affordable Housing

Location: 6541 Regional Street
Eden Housing is spearheading this project to provide 113 affordable housing units for low- and very low-income seniors. Situated within walking distance of the West Dublin/Pleasanton BART Station, this 1.32-acre development will offer convenient access to public transportation. The project includes community amenities and parking, ensuring a comfortable and accessible living environment for senior residents.
